GreenSea Hydroponics Delivery Guide
GreenSea Hydroponics only accepts orders and dispatches goods within the United Kingdom.
All orders small or large are sent in plain packaging and we do not charge any additional surcharges for any heavy or large items.
Online orders can only be delivered to the cardholder's registered home address and all orders will require a signature upon delivery, they cannot be left in a shed or garage but they can be left with a neighbour.
Goods received damaged must be clearly signed for as damaged on the courier paperwork and reported to GreenSea Hydroponics within 24 hours.
We dispatch all orders for next working day delivery (Monday - Friday).
Saturday deliveries are the tariff charge plus an additional cost of £15.00 and you will need to contact GreenSea Hydroponics to arrange and make payment for this service.
Our courier service is 'APC Overnight' who deliver from 8.00 am until 4.00 pm Monday - Friday. If you are out when the courier attempts delivery they will leave you a card to contact them and rearrange delivery, a second attempt at delivery will be at no extra cost. After a maximum of 2 attempts, the couriers will return the parcel/s to GreenSea and then the customer will be liable for another delivery charge to resend the goods.
Order and payment received before 2.00pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched for next day delivery.
Order and payment received before 2.00pm Friday will be dispatched on the Friday for delivery on the Monday.
Order and payment received after 2.00pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on the Tuesday.
GreenSea Hydroponics closes for Bank Holidays, so orders received on a Bank Holiday Monday will be dispatched on the Tuesday for delivery on the Wednesday.
