- GreenSea Hydroponics only ships within the UK.
- Orders received Monday to Thursday before 12pm, will be dispatched for next day delivery.
- Orders received Friday before 12pm, will be dispatched Friday and delivered on Monday.
- Orders received Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- GreenSea Hydroponics close for Bank Holidays, orders received on a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.
- All orders are sent in plain packaging.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- Parcels received damaged must be clearly signed damaged on courier paperwork and reported to GreenSea within 24 hours.
