- Orders received Monday - Thursday before 12pm, will be despatched for next day delivery.
- Orders received Friday before 12pm, will be despatched Friday and delivered on Monday.
- Orders received Friday after 12pm, Saturday and Sunday, will be despatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
- All orders are sent in plain packaging.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- Parcels received damaged must be clearly signed damaged on courier paperwork and reported to Greensea within 24 hours.
